A comprehensive cat sitting package
Heathside Pet Care, Royston, offers a thorough cat sitting service designed around your cat's routine and your peace of mind. Each drop-in visit lasts fifteen minutes and includes feeding, fresh water, cleaning of bowls, litter tray cleaning if required, play, fuss and cuddles. Medication is administered when needed.

What's included on each visit
I'll also put bins out for collection and bring them back in, carry out a home security check, and switch lights on or off and adjust blinds and curtains to make it look like you're home. I always arrive in an unmarked vehicle, so it isn't obvious you're away.

A free meet and greet for every new cat
Each new client and their cat(s) are offered a free meet and greet to discuss all your requirements. As part of my service I build a profile for each cat covering diet, vet details, medical conditions, likes and dislikes, play, behaviour and emergency contact details — so nothing is left to chance.
All you need to do is provide enough food for the duration of your holiday and choose how many visits per day you'd like — then relax and enjoy your break. I'm happy to send photos and updates as much or as little as you'd like, and for convenience I can hold your keys on file for future visits.
Pet first aid trained — and a true cat lover
I'm pet first aid trained. If your cat ever requires veterinary attention, I never charge for my time transporting them to and from the vets.
I've loved cats all my life and we have one of our own called Clive — who was actually born on one of my drop-in visits in 2022.
I pride myself on the services I offer, with the utmost reliability and — most importantly — the welfare of every cat in my care.

A note on small furry pets
I always recommend that small furry pets such as rabbits and guinea pigs are cared for by a small animal boarding establishment. As prey species they hide illness until it becomes critical and a fifteen-minute drop-in visit isn't enough to observe them properly.
